Appearance
Being the most fashion wise woman in the Rue family, Valentine has long blond hair and changes the style of it always. She also has the same brown eyes as the rest of her family is blessed to have. She's stands at five foot two inches and has a quite filled out body. She constantly wears make up since she loves to stand out in the crowd. Though she's not quite as perfect as she thinks she is. Her left eye seems to be a bit off from her right eye. Valentine has a two tattoos. One on her left wrist and the other on her upper inside of her left arm.

Personality
Valentine is quite a bouncy person. She absolutely loves fashion. She always has all the newest styles of everything. She always has a nice bright fresh look to her. Though even if she is an Auror in Training, she still acts like she's still in school. Acting like a rebelling teenager towards her brother. When she's in public with her dear brother, she finds a way to embarrass him or make him broke. She's the type of girl to clean a boy's pockets completely. So watch out boys. This girl is a gold digger. Valentine can also through little fits when she doesn't get her way, but being an Auror is a must for her. She passed Beauxbatons with nearly perfect grades and tons of friends. She's the type of person you want at your parties. She IS the life of the party. Not to mention her respect for muggle fashion and items. She's also lesbian. Sorry boys, not getting any of this any time soon.

Brief History
Valentine is the last offspring of Mr. and Mrs. Rue and the only girl they ever had and she's ten years younger than her brother, Henri. She didn't get along to well with her older brother when growing up. The two normally got into annoying brother sister fights as young children and their father was the one to break them up. Once getting into Beauxbatons, she mellowed out to be the woman she is now. Like every teen aged girl, she had lots of friends and always talked about boys other than concerned over school. She was on the breaking point of failing school completely until one of her closet friends set a fire under her to get her moving.

Once after passing Beauxbatons with wonderful grades she thought she never had, she went to London where her brother was residing at. After many pleads later, her brother finally let her move into his home in London. Now she's currently training to be an Auror and later on, a healer.

Roleplay Sample
People were rushing past her as she attempted to make her way to her mentor's office. The ministry sure was busy this time of the day. With a few stares shot her way from the many older wizards, Valentine made her way through the maze of people with her outrageous clothing on. Her high heels clicking against the marble floor loudly as she walked. Her blond hair seemed to stay in place as she walked. Her clothing wasn't outrageous as it was normally. Just a pretty white dress and pretty white shoes to match.

She poked her head through the door and smiled to see her brother attempted to balance his writing utensil onto his nose.
"Hello Hello my brother!" She bounced into his room, spooking her brother and causing him to drop the quill onto the floor. A childish smile appeared on her face as he got out of his chair to go pick it up sending glares her way as he did so.
"And you're here bothering me why when you're suppose to be meeting your assigned Auror?" Her brother questioned her. She pouted before she answered him and put her hands around her back looking up at him under her long eyelashes.
"You don't want me saying hello? I just wanted to see what my dear brother was up to!" She couldn't hold the sad face for long before she spun around and headed out the door leaving her brother dumbfounded.

Once getting to her Auror, who was a woman around the age of her brother, She smiled her a goofy smile.
"You know you're late right? That's showing me you like to goof off." The Auror crossed her arms and wrinkled her brow at Valentine.
She giggled a bit and shook her head.
"Oh forgive me! I was only visiting my brother! Henri seems to be slacking off as well. Unless balancing a quill on your nose is work!" She brought her hand up to her mouth and giggled a bit more. The Auror shook her head as to shield a laugh.
"Alright, just this one time. Alright, let's getting started on today's lesson, shall we?"
She nodded and smiled. Being an Auror was going to be more complex that she thought.
