Basically, you 'ban' the person who posted before you for a ridiculous reason. Note that this is a game, and nobody is actually getting banned.
Example Person 1 - Banned for starting this topic. Person 2 - Banned for not starting this topic. Person 1 - Banned for having a Hufflepuff character. Person 3 - Banned for making me the fourth to post.
Simple? The next person who posts basically starts the game.
